OUR RETURN POLICY
At Brahms Mount, we’re proud to produce the most exceptional quality available, and we’re not satisfied unless we leave you absolutely delighted with your purchase. To that end, we carefully inspect each piece that comes off our looms to ensure against defects in material or workmanship.
If your purchase reflects a flaw that we’ve missed, we’ll send a replacement at no charge. To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service Department. If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact our Customer Service Department before returning.
NOTES ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
First-quality merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Clearance items are not eligible for return.
All returns are accepted pending inspection. Depending upon condition a cleaning/repair fee of 15% may be assessed.
100% refund or exchange credit will be issued for items returned in their original packaging, in new condition and with no evidence of use. Please note: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
If more than 50% of an order containing three or more items is returned, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of products purchased through our retail partners. Please submit items for return to the store where you originally purhcased them. Return and exchange policies may vary. Please check retail partner websites for details.
We make every effort to accommodate requests for exchanges. However, product availability is not always guaranteed.
A NOTE ABOUT COLORS. While we’ve tried to present accurate color displays on our website, some variations can occur depending on your monitor. Please also keep in mind that it’s characteristic of natural fibers to have variations in texture and/or colors. If there’s any doubt in your mind, we strongly recommend you order a free swatch before placing your order.
Merchandise Purchased at a Retail Store
For returns or exchanges of product purchased at a retail store, please return it to the store from which it was purchased. The return and exchage policy of the retail store will apply.
Brahms Mount does not sell nor rent email/mailing lists indiscriminantly nor to third party companies but may trade a list with a synergistic brand if it is felt to be useful to our customers. Our email list is managed by Constant Contact. Our credit card processor, authorize.net, is a widely used utility. Your credit card number is used by the processor, but Brahms Mount does not receive nor store credit card information after an online transaction.
