Thank you for supporting Brahms Mount!

Most of our orders ship within 2 business days, but because some of our items are made to order from rolls of woven fabric on our shelves, an in-stock product may not be finished and ready to ship. In those cases, the item generates a message once added to your shopping cart, indicating a longer than two week delivery time. If this item is combined with other items, we are generally happy to ship available items separately. You may always call the customer service for details and up to date information at 207.869.4025

Due to the current pandemic situation orders may take longer than normal to ship. Expect that some orders may ship within a two week period

Shipping Rates

U.S. Orders: All orders within the U.S. ship free via UPS. Expedited shipping is done on a per request basis.  The customer must pay the difference between UPS ground freight and the expedited charges.

International Orders:  If the cost of shipping alone far exceeds the flat rate charged during checkout, we reserve the right to request additional payment up to the actual shipping cost.

Additionally, our rates do not include taxes or duties and the customer is responsible for paying all import taxes or duties to the carrier upon delivery. For packages that are refused upon delivery or returned back to Brahms Mount, the customer will be responsible for all applicable taxes or duties to import the items back to the Brahms Mount returns center and the difference in shipping fee charged to the customer and the actual shipping costs paid to the carrier to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.


At Brahms Mount, we’re proud to produce the most exceptional quality available, and we’re not satisfied unless we leave you absolutely delighted with your purchase. To that end, we carefully inspect each piece that comes off our looms to ensure against defects in material or workmanship. Our product is made from all-natural materials and is naturally dyed and therefore, shade variations are an integral part of each Brahms Mount piece. These variations are not considered defects.

 If your purchase reflects a flaw that we’ve missed, we’ll send a replacement at no charge. To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Team may be reached at 1.800.545.9347 (toll-free in the USA and Canada), Monday-Friday, 9:00 am -5 pm, ET (excluding US holidays) or via email.

 If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact our Customer Service Department before returning.

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Clearance and all Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • A full refund or exchange credit will be issued for items returned in their original packaging, in new condition, and with no evidence of use or laundering. Please note: Unless a defect in the product is found or company based issue is reported, return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Return shipping labels, via UPS, are issued upon customer’s request. 
  • If more than 50% of an order containing three or more items is returned, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed at our discretion.
  • We regret that we cannot accept returns of products purchased through our retail partners. Please submit items for return to the store where you originally purchased them. Return and exchange policies may vary. Please check retail partner websites for details.
  • We make every effort to accommodate requests for exchanges. However, product availability is not always guaranteed.


While we’ve tried to present accurate color displays on our website, some variations can occur depending on your monitor. Please also keep in mind that it’s characteristic of natural fibers to have variations in texture and/or colors. If there’s any doubt in your mind, we strongly recommend you order a free swatch before placing your order.

Merchandise Purchased at a Retail Store

For returns or exchanges of products purchased at a retail store, please return it to the store from which it was purchased. The return and exchange policy of the retail store will apply.
